Don't call me an airhead!

Tonight the pups visited Airheads indoor trampoline arena.  Some of our meetings are designed intentionally to take the puppies to places that their raisers might not ordinarily go. 

The pups went inside in very small groups so that neither they nor the children would be overwhelmed.  Metal stairs, running/jumping/shrieking children, and arcade games provided plenty of stimulation.

Obiedience outside kept the rest of us busy.

Beefing up our knowledge

Our Saturday meeting featured a visit from Dr. Mike Haworth, "friend of our puppies."  He presented general information of interest on various parasites and infections, as well as tips for traveling with dogs.  Then he graciously fielded questions on a myriad of topics.

He even added the special touch of integrating photos of our pups into his slides!

Thank you, Dr. Mike.  We loved having you.  Let's not wait so long next time!
