A big day for outdoor fun!

This morning's puppy meeting allowed us to enjoy a beautiful "winter" morning in Florida.  We kept the pups busy with a variety of skills and games and obedience exercises.

A "contest" to see if the dogs could hold their stays while their handlers transferred kibble from one cup to another.

Really nice distraction work with cups of kibble!

Next -- some friendly tic-tac-toe competition between the SITS and the DOWNS.

Linda couldn't attend today, but she always likes the "Star" skill -- so we did it for her.  The dogs all have to sit very near each other in the center (not for sissies!!).  Then the handlers walk back to the ends of their leashes and everyone cues "come" in unison, creating the starburst effect.

As if we hadn't had enough dog distraction, the "walkarounds" followed.

One little pup had a very quiet afternoon after all that activity!  Thank you, everybody, for a great morning.
